Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and maintain quality system and process
∎ Able to manage, train and develop Team
∎ Responsible for Factory evaluation (Technical/audit)
∎ Carrying out quality & supplier evaluation
∎ Assessing customer requirement and ensuring that the quality met
∎ Specifying quality requirement of raw materials with suppliers
∎ Knowledge on all sort of Lab testing relate to Fabric /trims
∎ Knowledge on Fabric inspection process
∎ Work with operational team to establish procedures (standards, system)
∎ Directing objective to maximize profitability
∎ Coordinating and communicating with the customer on product related issues pertaining to fit, construction, technical specifications, and raw materials
∎ Ensure subsequently clarifying the requirements and recommending alternative value-added options to the customer to arrive at a mutually beneficial solution
∎ Train up the local management under the close supervision
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have experience in a reputed Company/Industry.
∎ The candidate should have experienced in related field of Garments Technologist/Quality Assurance/ Garments technical person.
