• 5+ years of hands-on Python experience (FastAPI, async I/O, microservices)

• Experience with React/Next.js (Tailwind + shadcn preferred)

• Strong experience with LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, and vector databases

• Deep understanding of backend architecture, multi-tenant systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

• Strong skills in debugging, optimization, scaling, and observability

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications

• Build and manage scalable APIs and microservices

• Lead backend architecture and system design decisions

• Collaborate with frontend teams using React/Next.js

• Implement AI/LLM-based solutions using modern frameworks

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices
