∎ A professional having Master's Degree in any discipline but Statistics will get preferable.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Monitoring Officer (PMO) is reportable to Intervention Specialist, M4C Project-SKS Foundation.
∎ She/He PMO monitors the project's activities regularly based on the
∎ MRM requirement.
∎ She/he will coordinate external agencies' data collection process
∎ and provide technical assistance when necessary.
∎ The project Monitoring Officer will track the intervention progress
∎ on time as required by the MRM team.
∎ She/he will travel throughout the assigned areas to ensure the
∎ quality of interventions to achieve the log-frame goals.
∎ She/he will work closely with the Manager- MRM and Officer-MRM in
∎ data management of the project in terms of aggregating results and
∎ documenting the activities.
∎ The PMO is also responsible for preparing case studies, qualitative
∎ and quantitative reports, and recommendations on follow-up actions.
∎ She/He will assist Manager-MRM in collaborating with stakeholders
∎ to gather feedback and comments to support the Project Implementation
∎ Unit.
∎ The Project Monitoring Officer also assist the Manager- MRM in
∎ preparing the semester report and annual report of the project.
∎ She/He is responsible for regularly updating all sorts of project
∎ databases and working with Officer -MRM on data compilation and
∎ analysis.
∎ The Project Monitoring Officer will help the team to launch
∎ different MRM events and conduct special studies when asked.
∎ She/He will ensure on-time data into the project MIS system.
∎ She/He will maintain a good relationship with all relevant
∎ stakeholders, including the appropriate government authorities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in working in consortium approach.
∎ Good facilitation skills.
∎ At least 2-5 years progressively responsible professional work experience with NGOs.
∎ Communication and networking with multi-sectoral actors.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 43000 (Monthly)
∎ Others benefits will be as per Organization policy and budget provision.
