• Age 35 to 50 years

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Monitor project costs and report on financial status.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure all project activities meet or exceed/housebuilding industry standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
• Coordination with the architect, designers & interior contractor & overseeing the interior & exterior-related finishing. 
• Perform renovation & repair tasks of the project as required.     
• Taking up with other related works assigned by the management. 
• Having Experience in Chain Hotel Building and Development
