Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain day to day secretarial activities.
∎ Prepare analytical reports like Financial/Accounting Report, Sales Report etc.
∎ Analyze Accounting Data, Sales Data and shown by power point presentation.
∎ Support the Managing Director in ensuring the board functions efficiently and effectively
∎ Drafting different types of Note, Memo, Office Order, Office Circular etc.
∎ Take responsibility for the administration of the company, organizing board meetings and annual general meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
∎ File necessary documents, such as annual tax returns and audit reports
∎ Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors if required
∎ Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements
∎ Pay dividends and manage share option schemes and take a role in share issues, mergers and takeovers.
∎ Arrange any board meeting resolution
∎ Update to the employer about listing rules and regulations
∎ Keep relation with employer, employees, auditor, government and non government bodies.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
