Educational Requirements:
∎ University Master's in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to the project lead/respective manager in overall operation and implementation of the project funded by UNICEF for Rohingya Communities at Cox's Bazar.
∎ Assist in reviewing monthly project and individual work plans and provide operational support for the project.
∎ Support to appraise project individual's performance.
∎ Support in Government, UNICEF and Camp liaison.
∎ Keep liaison with Admin, Procurement, Finance, Infrastructural Development, MIS and other central support units and ensure that the resources, materials & necessary things are timely delivered.
∎ Support to follow-up on day-to-day project operation.
∎ Attend the necessary meeting, workshops and training programme as required, prepare meeting/report and track the progress.
∎ Be an internal part the team for smooth operations of all programme activities both at Head Office and Field Office.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on education proposal development and project cycle management.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power point presentation.
∎ Strong communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Strong ability to monitor and report writing.
∎ Prepare and submit PRs, follow-up on purchases and other relevant tasks as desired.
∎ Provide support to external visitor during their field visit, when required.

Salary: Negotiable
