Education:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Textile Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Additional Requirements:
- Age 34 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in large-scale garment/lingerie/swimwear production with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership to handle large teams and ensure timely output.
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with quality standards.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, cost control and efficiency improvement.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
Develop and implement effective production plans, schedules and targets.
Coordinate with merchandising, planning, quality and technical teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor production efficiency, manpower utilization and productivity KPIs.
Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and take corrective actions to avoid delays
Identify bottlenecks and take corrective measures to achieve cost-effective operations.
Resolve lingerie-specific technical issues (fitting, cup molding, lace handling, sewing complexity).
Ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations.
Guide and mentor production staff to achieve organizational goals.
Report production performance, capacity utilization and improvement initiatives to management.
