Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role: We are hiring a Senior PHP Developer for our new Chittagong office. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role. You will collaborate with our UK team on developing a robust HR management system that supports operations across Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia.
Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR system modules including onboarding, offboarding, contract automation, holiday/sickness/unpaid leave tracking, and internal transfers.
- Build and support a clock-in/out attendance system.
- Solid understanding of Linux-based development environments.
- Ensure system scalability for multi-regional use.
- Work closely with UK-based managers, participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary Range: BDT 75,000 - 100,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
