• Candidates having experience in export oriented woven garments factory (For our 100% export oriented Woven Garments Factory).

• Proficiency in computer operations, including fluent typing in both Bengali and English, web browsing, and email communication.

• Excellent command of English and Bengali, with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work diligently and effectively under pressure, with a mindset geared towards hard work.

• Competency in internet browsing and basic understanding of various software applications.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for efficient office management tasks.

• Adherence to company policies and completion of tasks assigned by superiors.

• Maintenance of office files and ensuring organizational efficiency.

• Aptitude for problem diagnosis and resolution.

• Consistent performance of day-to-day tasks with attention to detail.

• Collaboration within a team environment to achieve common goals.

• Demonstrating exemplary behavior, including good manners, discipline, positivity, and self-motivation.

• Submission of daily work summary reports to designated supervisors.

We are currently looking for an experienced Sr.Officer/ Asst.Manager for our Commercial team in our Garments Unit (100% export oriented Woven Garments Factory) with the following job responsibilities:

• Conduct and coordinate overall activities for the following customers and provide support to activities as assigned by the department head
• Oshkosh-Carters
• TCP
• Hema
• Lefties
• Oodii
• Amazon
• Teddy S.p.A
• Miles
• Plan and coordinate export and online booking for customer systems and forwarder systems as well as manual booking.
• Prepare shipment documents and handle operations.
• Prepare bank documentations and successful submissions.
• Prepare customer documentation requirements and record documents in our online system.
• Maintain good communication and relation with buyers, forwarder/shipping line and bankers.
• Communicate with store department and merchandiser teams as per requirements.
• Handle C&F Agents.
• Follow up on payments.
• Check C&F bills and transport bills and check export section for detailed and accurate handling.
• Other supporting activities as assigned by the management.
