∎ In-depth knowledge of university application & admission processes as well as visa documentation and processing.
∎ Expertise in documentation, reporting, and SOP (statement of purpose) writing.
∎ Should have fair knowledge of digital marketing tools.
∎ Strong proficiency in English communication skills.
∎ Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ In-depth knowledge of university application & admission processes as well as visa documentation and processing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in identifying, selecting, and applying to foreign universities on behalf of the students (client).
∎ Assist clients to obtain visa, including preparing supporting documents for the countries like Europe, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia etc.
∎ Craft effective SOPs (statement of purpose) and motivation letters, etc. for the students.
∎ Create strong networks with student groups, universities, etc.
∎ Establish a strong social media presence and consistently share relevant content.
∎ Provide clients with detailed information on university options, profile assessment, course curriculum, visa processes, scholarships, job opportunities, accommodation, and more.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed on the status of their applications.
∎ Address and resolve any issues related to admissions, visas, or other concerns, including visa rejections.
∎ Assist clients in handling the visa process, including visa rejection and preparing necessary documents for appeals.
∎ Ensure accurate recordkeeping of clients' documents, applications, and progress.
∎ Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional client service.
