Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle investor relations in order to maintain and improve communications between the Company and Shareholders;
∎ Respond to shareholders claims, queries and provide appropriate information, check accuracy of share certificates after produced by shareholders;
∎ Maintain proper recording of share transactions, process the transfer of share, dividend payment;
∎ Maintain Share Register and Transfer Register both manually and in Central
∎ Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) as well as Company's Share Management Software; also supervise share demat process;
∎ Preparation and submission of monthly reports/statements/annual returns to BSEC, DSE, CSE and RJSC timely and correctly;
∎ Ensuring proper compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements;
∎ Assist management on regular statutory meetings, AGM/EGM in compliance with
∎ Corporate Governance Code (CGC) issued by BSEC, Bangladesh Secretarial Standards and in any other applicable laws;
∎ Maintain other regular share management issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience in share department of any listed company;
∎ Good drafting ability, analytical and problem solving skills;
∎ Ability to satisfy and convince the shareholders while responding to the queries
∎ and in solving the underlying issues;
∎ Knowledge on Stock Exchange Listing Regulations, Corporate Governance Code
∎ (CGC) would be considered as an advantage.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
