Job Context:
∎ A Public Listed Company is looking for a qualified Manager (Maintenance) to oversee the maintenance operations of the Food & Beverage manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of all machinery, equipment, utility and power-related assets and facilities within the factory. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of maintenance technicians and collaborate with various departments to maintain a safe, reliable, and productive manufacturing environment.
∎ Job Location Gazipur (Factory).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for the Food & Beverage factory, including preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
∎ Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
∎ Monitor and maintain machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are operating at maximum efficiency and in compliance with safety standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and assessments of factory infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades or repairs.
∎ Collaborate with production, quality control, and engineering teams to address maintenance-related issues and optimize production processes.
∎ Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair tasks.
∎ Maintain the utility and power-related assets and ensure a fail-proof system.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in maintenance management and implement relevant improvements.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness among the maintenance team.
∎ Document maintenance activities, reports, and records for future reference and analysis.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience of 08 years in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
