Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to Develop Sales Plan, Strategy and self motivative power
∎ Maintaining good relationship with customer/dealer.
∎ Candidate should visit market on daily basis.
∎ Need to meet individual sales target on a monthly basis.
∎ Conduct market survey on competitor's activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
∎ To look after customer/dealer quarries with satisfaction and develop relationship with them.
∎ Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in the relevant field. Apply only who are experienced in Sales & Marketing job.
∎ Proven track record in Product selling & Marketing.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Candidate experienced in selling all types of cables specially Optical Fiber Cables will get preference.
∎ Candidates must have frequently market visiting tendency in their territory.
∎ Good negotiation skill.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Mentality to work extended hours.
