Responsibilities & Context:

This position is responsible for overseeing key quality checkpoints in the synthetic textile production process, from raw material to finished goods. The role ensures product compliance through 4-point inspection standards and technical quality control methods, while actively guiding the QC team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to uphold TPL’s quality objectives

·Monitor and manage critical operations and quality checkpoints across the production line.

·Ensure product quality by adhering to SOPs, buyer requirements, and technical specifications.

·Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Knitting, Dyeing, Planning, QA, Sales, Shipment) to resolve quality issues.

·Conduct inline inspections and analyze findings to implement timely corrective actions.

·Analyze statistical data and product specifications to assess current quality and propose improvements.

·Collaborate in developing SOPs, quality training materials, and product development processes.

·Address discrepancies on the shop floor immediately or escalate to appropriate authority.

·Lead and support all types of internal/external quality audits (technical and compliance).

.Facilitate and deliver training to the QA team on 4-point system, defect identification, and SOPs.
