Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA major in Marketing from any reputed university.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Do various marketing related activities like all types visit including corporate clients, proposed customer search from various sources, communicate customer, demonstrate product, follow-up and make successful deal.
∎ Achieve Monthly sales target as per company's policy.
∎ Prepare necessary reports and submit to superior on regular interval.
∎ Train, motivate, supervise & direct subordinate to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Promote / Do branding actively to boost sales.
∎ Update own activity log on real time basis in company provided software/application and follow-up subordinates to do so.
∎ Must be well behaved, well mannered, proactive person so that other can be inspired to follow you.
∎ Having good interpersonal & business communication skill to manage all types of customer including corporate clients.
∎ Must be a good and quick learner and also good trainer so that subordinates can easily be updated about product knowledge and related matters.
∎ Must have successful track record in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Corporate Marketing for software-based product in previous company(s).
∎ Source customer database from various sources for marketing.

∎ Age 28 to 37 years
