∎ This position will be responsible for conducting questionnaire field tests, monitoring data collection, and performing data entry. Additionally, this role will involve conducting specific incident investigations and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Assist concerned personnel in identifying monitoring issues from the field and designing questionnaires and monitoring tools.
∎ Conduct questionnaire testing in the field and monitor data collection using an online platform.
∎ Perform monitoring data entry and assist in preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations as required.
∎ Assist in fact-finding (IDP internal) and specific incident investigations, and prepare MIS reports corcerned area.
∎ Conduct monthly and regular monitoring of health, WASH, livelihood, and UPG to ensure quality and provide analytical findings and recommendations.
∎ Share field findings and observations based on field visits to branch offices and the community.
∎ Regularly attend monthly progress reviews and learning sharing sessions.
∎ Coordinate with the IDP-HO M&E team for regular program updates and provide strategic M&E support.
∎ Regularly monitor data collection, M&E tools, checklist and guideline development, data entry, data analysis, and reports.
∎ Collect and prepare successful case stories, conduct FGDs for qualitative reports.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
