Job Responsibilities:
∎ Master's degree in any relevant fields with some on hands experience in Data management and its use in monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Sr. Officer-Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning will be responsible to ensure that project approaches, implementation methodologies are fully understood and implemented effectively by the field staffs working with target participants, at UHFWCs, monitor the field activities actively and recommend necessary adjustment, replanning as required. Ensure that all of the activities are being implemented in accordance to project output and activity matrix/logical framework.
∎ Ensure proper record keeping and generation of reports, maintain network-linkage with the stakeholders, project documentation and various project related correspondence and strengthen the monitoring and evaluation system within the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have 5-years of relevant experiences of working as MEAL person in NGO projects.
∎ Skill and competencies to work with MS Office, MS-Access, SPSS.
∎ Have knowledge on qualitative and quantitative data analysis and database management.
∎ Should good at both verbal and written communication in English.
∎ Should have skill and experience in writing reports like Narrative Progress Report, Analytical Reports, study reports and communication with different stakeholders.
∎ Should have experience in documenting different project events, data, reports and learning.
∎ Experiences of management of project studies such as feasibility, evaluation, survey etc. studies.
∎ Having experiences in organizing learning meeting, workshops etc.
∎ Willing to drive Motorcycle and should have valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 50380 (Monthly)
