Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical/Job Knowledge: Must be an expert in working in MS Excel & manage large database.
∎ Interpersonal/Managerial: A good communication skill is a must for this position. Also preferred having experience as an orator in extracurricular activities and skilled in public speaking & writing in Bangla.
∎ Job experience in relevant industry:
∎ 1-2 years of job experience in managing public sector projects or relationship management with Government Project Professionals is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify business opportunities and collaborating with different ministries of Government.
∎ Initiate contact with potential government officials, presenting our company's value proposition and customized solutions to meet their needs.
∎ Lead negotiations and closing deal with on-boarding new projects.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, including key decision-makers and regional stakeholders through regular visit & engagement.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, Finance & Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of new projects.
∎ Prepare regular reports on transaction and performance. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
∎ bKash collaborates with various government agencies to facilitate the disbursement of funds under G2P model. This requires multiphase activities with onboarding new projects & managing transaction through visit & follow up with relevant project high officials of concern ministries & departments. The tasks include coordination between ministry & concern district/upazila field offices, ensuring beneficiary readiness, disbursement execution and post disbursement analysis. Maintaining relationship with all levels of government stakeholders through regular engagement is another prime activity.
