Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Finance & Accounting or relevant subject from any reputed university or institutions.
∎ CA course completion would be advantages
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate different types of report as per programme and donor requirement
∎ Create of FD4 accounts, and support to submit of FD6 & FD7.
∎ Prepare chart of accounts for new project
∎ Check bill voucher and provide accounts code accordingly.
∎ Track donor wise fund for fund reconciliation on monthly basis.
∎ Checking, verification and correction of monthly ERP data.
∎ Establish & maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Knowledge on Accounting, Finance, Audit, Budget, Tax / VAT
∎ Should have excellent computer skills, be accurate and organised
∎ Have strong communication skills, and possess the ability to work under pressure
∎ Good mathematical and analytical skills
∎ Good in data reporting and presentation
