Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
At least 3 years of experience in related field from any embroidery industry
Efficiently provide all kinds of support to the group leader from receiving order
Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
Should be a long term planner
Conversant in MS-Office
Lead and supervise the technical team responsible for all embroidery machine operations, servicing, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the production team to achieve efficiency and production targets.
Diagnose and address complex mechanical, electronic, and software faults across embroidery systems.
Ensure calibration and alignment of machines to maintain precision embroidery and reduce material wastage.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including service logs, maintenance reports, and performance analytics.
Maintain and replace needle detectors, laser cutting machines, and damaged spare parts.
Monitor machine performance and take preventive maintenance measures.
Prepare and submit daily maintenance and service reports to the Section Head.
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and administrative support for maintenance activities.
