Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
∎ Deal with all other compliance related issues and Implementing compliance related task as well.
∎ Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/compliance auditors.
∎ Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures.
∎ Monitoring & ensuring proper housekeeping.
∎ Communicate with varies type of committee like WPC, EHS, FSC etc.
∎ Assisting and coordinate all type of external training and workshop.
∎ Conduct internal audit and prepare CAP as per audit report regular basis.
∎ Conduct all type of training & meeting and prepare meeting minutes as well as.
∎ Maintain disciplinary action grievance mechanism.
∎ Supervising all type of CSR activities.
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by the top management.
