Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collects data from sales reports for analysis.
∎ Incentive and Customer Master Management.
∎ Competition Analysis and Market Report
∎ Creates sales evaluation reports based on collected data.
∎ Presents daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly sales reports to Business Director.
∎ Drive informational sessions for staff to explain sales trends.
∎ Analyzing the sales data and business data to prepare the sales review and opportunities.
∎ Closely studies past sales trend and determine trends in field-force productivity.
∎ Conducts research into competitive companies and the surrounding market to focus on the sales trends of consumer base and target demographic.
∎ Contributed to annual and monthly business planning.
