Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the audio-visual sector. Experience in a production house or advertising agency, as well as freelancing, will be an added advantage.

  • Knowledge about communication, cinematography, photography, editing, motion graphics, and animation.

  • Skills in using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.

  • Experience in editing short films and motion graphics productions.

  • This position is open for Bangladeshi nationals only.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate individual as Senior Officer, Audio-Visual Campaign to support the production of high-quality and innovative audio-visual materials that showcase BRAC’s initiatives and elevate its brand presence both nationally and internationally. The incumbent will play a key part in developing creative, engaging content that strengthens audience connection and effectively communicates BRAC’s impact across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate creative audio-visual concepts by independently and collaboratively developing ideas that meet organizational communication needs.
  • Collect impactful human-interest stories and field content by traveling to project locations inside and outside Dhaka 2–3 times per month.
  • Ensure timely content planning and delivery by organizing, maintaining, and updating editorial calendars on a regular basis.
  • Enhance audience engagement and message effectiveness by exploring and applying innovative storytelling methods.
  • Develop compelling audio-visual materials by creating detailed storylines, scripts, storyboards, and subtitles.
  • Support programme teams by producing and delivering high-quality audio-visual content aligned with communication and project objectives.
  • Create behaviour-change and awareness-focused content by producing insight-driven audio-visual materials based on audience needs and research.
  • Strengthen internal capacity by mentoring and training staff in audio-visual production, storytelling techniques, and content development skills.
  • Manage audio-visual projects by coordinating with external agencies and supervising production quality, timelines, and deliverables.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
