Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist internal audit and responsible to corrective action.
∎ To schedule and organize Fire Drill Training/First Aid Training/Rescue Training, etc. for all employees.
∎ To ensure various health & safety standards for development of improved working conditions throughout the factory premises in accordance with legal as well as customer's code of conduct.
∎ To prepare & follow-up various compliance-related work.
∎ To handle customer/buyer visits & external audits at the factory.
∎ To ensure compliance issues as directed by respective departments.
∎ Responsible to meet and comply vendor compliance requirements and following up compliance issues on continuous basis
∎ To ensure compliance requirements as per local/international legal standards.
∎ To find out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and make sure that those findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.
∎ To prepare & update documents of BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, C-TPAT, HIGG index
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To prepare / update policies for compliance.
∎ To maintain and make renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permits.
∎ To ensure & monitor PPE (Personal protective equipment) for health & safety to secure working environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Sound knowledge and implementation of Social Compliance, Security Compliance, Fire Safety, and Electric Safety & Building Safety.
∎ Experienced on certification and implementation of BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, C-TPAT, HIGG index principles.
