Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and driving brand growth. This role requires leadership skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns’ effectiveness, optimizing for performance and ROI.

  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to align visuals and messaging.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audiences.

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum impact with the resources available.

  • Supervise and mentor a growing team of marketing professionals, providing guidance on career development and skills enhancement.

  • Manage and mentor a team of junior marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure a cohesive strategy and effective communication.

  • Work with external partners and agencies for outsourced marketing activities.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

  • Track expenditures and forecast future marketing needs.

  • Communicate marketing plans, results, and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
