Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position is responsible for managing overall office operations, ensuring administrative efficiency, and supporting compliance and facility management. This role requires strong coordination, documentation, and supervisory skills to maintain a smooth and secure work environment.
∎ Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including office management and housekeeping.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of administrative functions.
∎ Manage company vehicles, drivers, and transport schedules efficiently.
∎ Monitor security, safety, and compliance matters of the office premises.
∎ Assist in organizing meetings, corporate events, and office programs.
∎ Support compliance with government agencies and handle renewal of licenses, agreements, and legal documents.
∎ Supervise office support staff and ensure discipline, hygiene, and punctuality.
∎ Prepare and submit administrative reports to the management on time.
