Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Post graduate in preferably from renowned public / private university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to know the details of garments about Woven, knit and Sweater.
∎ Good knowledge in different fabrication.
∎ Have experience in working factory and agency/agent/buying house.
∎ Have knowledge in production layout.
∎ Can negotiate and work out the best pricing point between customers and vendors.
∎ Knows how to ensure smooth merchandising operations.
∎ Good in public dealing, ability to work under pressure, good time management & good inter personal relationship.
∎ Candidate should able to handle the individual order independently.
∎ Good in marketing, costing and technical operations.
∎ Should be very good and powerful in decision making.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have at least 07 year(s) and above working experience in any Garment factories and buying office under Merchandising and costing department.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates is a must.
