∎ Age 25 to 55 years
∎ Any technical qualification
∎ Strong knowledge about design, sketch & artwork.
∎ Can make Pattern From OS.
∎ Pattern creation and design for development samples.
∎ Sample fitting as per pattern & design.
∎ Need to know about marker making & pattern grading for consumption.
∎ Can able to make any types of sample.
∎ Strong understanding about finish pattern.
∎ Can able to make manual pattern.
∎ Must be knowledge about wash & non wash garments.
∎ Good communication & teamwork skill to collaborate with production teams.

∎ Produce Woven Sample as per instruction.
∎ Size set evaluation, pattern adjustment for bulk production for knit & woven.
∎ Follow up Line/machine Feeding. Technical Issues Solving in the production for knit & woven.
∎ Approving patterns for bulk production.
∎ Discussing Previous day issues & give Solution.
∎ Maintain basic discipline in the floor.
