∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering, major in Garment/ Apparel Manufacturing Technology from KUET/ BUTex/ AUST/ NITER.
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from University of Dhaka, BRAC University, University of Chittagong, Jahangirnagar University.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 05 years of relevant field experience in Knit Merchandising.
∎ Highly capable for sourcing in BD & Abroad.
∎ Must be fluent in English both in verbal and written.
∎ The candidate must have ability of excellent communication.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates
∎ Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility
∎ Attend buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting manager
∎ All required submission as per Buyer's demand including Gold, Black, Sample Fabrics, Trim Booking, etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer
∎ Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
