Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser for the Merchandising & Marketing department of our Sweater factory.
∎ Job Location will be Chayadana, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after from Development to Order execution.
∎ Giving prices to buyers and negotiating with them.
∎ Receiving original samples, technical sheets, artworks and also making development as Buyer requirement.
∎ Receiving order sheets from Buyers and also making TNA for smooth follow-up.
∎ Making Buyer wise and style-wise files and maintaining those files.
∎ Making consumption style-wise to yarn booking and asking for the supplier to issue PI to open BTB L/C against Master L/C.
∎ Maintain PM sheet, import L/C, and advance payment for yarn and trims.
∎ Sending Lab dip / Print strike off / Embroidery / Trim card for Buyer approval.
∎ Providing all approval documents to GPQ for updating the QC file.
∎ Proto / Fit / Photo / Collection / Customs / Seal sample sent to Buyer approval.
∎ Making Test samples to proceed according to Buyer requirements (Bureau VERITAS, SGS).
∎ Always perform Production reports to send Buying House and call inspection on time.
∎ Making packing List and sending to commercial to make the commercial invoice.
∎ Help to make a Production Plan.
∎ Follow up the production according to the production plan to fulfill the Target ETD.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production, and timely delivery of orders.
∎ Correspondence and meeting with buyers and suppliers.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
