∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good leadership skill to run the team.
∎ Prepare buyer & factory T&A plans and able to oversee sampling, production & quality.
∎ Communicate with listed suppliers for raw materials, all approval, booking as well as delivery.
∎ Communicate with customers/Buyer from sampling to shipment and update every day accordingly.
∎ Follow up with planning/production team & ensure shipment on time.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure the best final product. Must take care of all aspects of quality from the initial to the final stage of the production.
∎ Ensure on-time shipment as per buyer's quality standard.
∎ Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements.
∎ Arrange sample submission to customers for approval.
∎ Solve problem and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during development or production.
∎ Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development, cost, and production.
∎ Ensure in time QC files and follow up with QCs.
∎ Source different materials.
∎ Strive to meet the price, quality, and lead time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 38 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Merchandising (Across category), Negotiation Skills, Planning.
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline (B.Sc.in Textile Engineering is preferable). MBA in Apparel Merchandising/ Fashion Designing will be an added advantage.
∎ Should have At least 7-year(s) experience in relevant field.
∎ Age at least 35 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in handling world class buyers.
∎ Should be long term planner and must be gentle.
∎ Self-motivated; good communication and interpersonal skills; negotiation and decision-making skills.
∎ Good command over written, spoken English.
∎ Must have good knowledge in garments products.
