Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertly source and develop new buyers, actively engage in order collection and shipment follow-up, and maintain effective communication with buyers.
∎ Develop comprehensive business plans, setting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
∎ Demonstrate sound knowledge of product costing and pricing processes, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
∎ Independently handle development stage activities, including sample approvals and product customization, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
∎ Manage client accounts from initial inquiry to shipment, establishing strong relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
∎ Maintain continuous liaison with buyers, overseeing all marketing activities such as order processing, follow-up, and delivery planning, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
∎ Proactively follow up with buyers and customers, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and commitments.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely shipment of orders, coordinate production schedules, and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ Monitor and follow up on customer payments, ensuring timely and complete payment collection.
∎ Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Age: Between 25 and 45 years.
∎ Experience in marketing, specifically in the field of garments and accessories.
∎ Excellent knowledge and prior experience in the apparel labels and print packaging business.
∎ A strong ability to develop new buyers within a short period will be given preference.
∎ Self-driven, creative, and capable of quickly understanding and implementing assignments.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a pleasant personality and a strong work ethic.
∎ Proficient in analytical thinking, presentation skills, and negotiation techniques.
∎ Willingness to handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.
