Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertly source and develop new buyers, actively engage in order collection and shipment follow-up, and maintain effective communication with buyers.
∎ Develop comprehensive business plans, setting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
∎ Demonstrate sound knowledge of product costing and pricing processes, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely shipment of orders, coordinate production schedules, and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ Manage client accounts from initial inquiry to shipment, establishing strong relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
∎ Proactively follow up with buyers and customers, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and commitments.
∎ Monitor and follow up on customer payments, ensuring timely and complete payment collection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Under Garments Packaging (lingerie products), window patch paper box, PVC poly, Zip Lock Poly, Pet Box.
∎ Experience in marketing, specifically in the field of garments and accessories.
∎ Excellent knowledge and prior experience in apparel labels
∎ A strong ability to develop new buyers within a short period will be given preference.
∎ Self-driven, creative, and capable of quickly understanding and implementing assignments.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Possess excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong work ethic.
