Additional Requirements:
  • Age 32 to 40 years
  • Retired Defence/Army Officer can apply.

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a reputed Group of Companies.

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, administrative compliance, and government regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple units and branches across the country.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern office management systems.

  • Must be proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and supervise overall administrative operations of the Group as per company policies.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of office management including logistics, security, transport,               

  • housekeeping, and utility services.

  • Monitor proper maintenance and utilization of company assets, equipment, and facilities.

  • Develop, implement, and update administrative systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.

  • Control administrative expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

  • Manage procurement, vendor selection, and vendor performance to ensure quality and timely

  • services.

  • Supervise transport management including vehicle scheduling, fuel consumption, and driver activities.

  • Ensure workplace safety, fire safety, and compliance with statutory & regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and local administration.

  • Support the Head of HR & Admin in policy implementation, employee discipline, and compliance with labor law.

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the admin team for efficient and smooth operations.

  • Provide administrative support for meetings, training, workshops, and official events.

  • Prepare and present periodic reports on administrative activities, costs, and improvements.

  • Handle emergency situations and ensure proactive safety, security, and risk management measures.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of HR & Admin and higher management.
