Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the entire Business Development team.
∎ Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the sales area and market potential.
∎ Retain a strong comprehension of Business Development through line development, design specification, and Product Marketing.
∎ Develop and execute acquisition strategies for selected target groups in the specific market area.
∎ Schedule and follow up after the initial contact with potential customers.
∎ Establish and maintain contact with current and potential customers through in-person meetings, email, and phone communication.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to all sales funnel management procedures.
∎ Implement the 11-step basic sales journey framework.
∎ Record daily activities in CRM systems.
∎ Conduct customer need assessments.
∎ Assist customers in experiencing products.
∎ Configure the ID solution based on the available portfolio to meet the customer's specific needs, in collaboration with the Business Operation Team.
∎ Negotiate purchasing contract terms with customers.
∎ Onboard new Architect Firms and maintain relationships with existing ones to generate client referrals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of the latest trends and consumer preferences in the luxury furniture market.
∎ Experience in sales and business development roles.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali.
∎ At least 5-8 years of experience in the luxury segment of brand furniture or a related industry.
