EduTune Learning Technologies Limited (ELTL) is a leading e-Learning platform in Bangladesh dedicated to enhancing children’s mathematical, linguistic, creative, and technical skills. We are seeking young, dynamic, and energetic Senior Manager in our Operation department who will lead and optimize the company’s daily operations, driving efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities includes:

  • Managing cross-functional teams (tele sales, marketing, academics, product), implementing projects, monitoring KPIs/OKRs, improving business processes, and contributing to strategic planning alongside the CEO.

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Manage, mentor, and guide operations teams to enhance performance and productivity.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to ensure aligned processes.

  • Monitor operational metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.

  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

  • Handle escalations and ensure high levels of student/customer satisfaction.

  • Plan resource allocation, workflow scheduling, and operational budgeting.
