∎ Overseeing the succeeding team members to achieve the company's sales target.
∎ Ensure the achievement of targeted sales by yourself as well as your team members.
∎ Prepare a strategic plan and develop as when required.
∎ Supervise the ensuing team members every day and make sure the working activities of them.
∎ Lead the team members and coordinate with the line manager to share the updated information.
∎ Increase customer data and maintain relations with the client.
∎ Make sure that team members are preserving departmental policies and implementing them.
∎ Measure the team member's expertise and share it with the line manager for their proper training.
∎ Suggest a new sales technique for company growth and profitability.
∎ Monitoring competitive market and proposing for future development to the line manager.
∎ Make sure that your following team members comprehend the departmental goals, the company's objective, mission, and vision.
