Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level
∎ Professional degree in Production or Operations is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the overall operations, production, and quality management of the entire factory from scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric and knitting production, garment quality to shipment.
∎ Liaise with buyers on operations, compliance, technical issue, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ Prepare the quality manual of the factory and does regular audit for the entire manufacturing process.
∎ Report to owner and top management on monthly performance of all departments.
∎ Directly communicate with owner for any special instruction regarding factory improvements.
∎ Manage the entire fabric and knitting manufacturing from planning to delivery.
∎ Train up the local management under the close supervision.

Salary: Negotiable
