At least 18 to 20 years’ experience in Garments/ Buying/ Liaison Office in Merchandising Department, preferably with USA based brands/ Liaison Office
Additional Job Requirements:
- Responsible for the efficient operations and execution of all the merchandising activities for the brand and collaborate with different business partners. Represent the best interests of the brand internally and externally
- Oversee the brand development and implement sourcing solutions that meet the needs of the brand
- Supervise team`s merchandising activities and grow and develop talent. Manage the day today execution and business operations for that brand to ensure KPI’s achieved
Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:
Strong product Knowledge and process knowledge Product development execution and Production management.
Cost control and negotiation.
Deliver KPI’s – On time delivery, quality performance, CSR improvement .
Calendar management and process mapping .
Manage the efficiency of the team in line with the department budget .
Vendor relationship maintenance and development
Calibrate supply chain capability .
Support strategy building for business .
Implement based on compliance and CSR/Sustainability goals and objectives .
Grow and develop talent .
Align the team with PVH culture INTERNAL.
