Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager / Manager who will be responsible for the Quality Department in our Sweater Yarn Dyeing Factory.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sweater Yarn Dyeing Quality for the Yarn Dyeing factory.
∎ Supervise, and Coordinates activities of team member engaged in quality department.
∎ Quality testing, and inspection as per set standard.
∎ Handling buyer quality requirements as per set standards.
∎ Solving all the quality problems as per buyer requirements.
∎ Develop QA System standardization, SOP & it’s implementation toolkit.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
