Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
Lead the Presales team to manage and build the target customer revenue pipeline by maintaining the RFI/RFP procurement process. Design technology based on customer needs, keeping in mind future growth potential. Develop partnerships with technology companies where necessary. Distribute workload among team members in an efficient way and upskill team members where necessary under a congenial and harmonious environment. Overall, to develop a team of presales resource personnel who can help Link3 customers in their Digital Transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze market trend and develop product portfolio.
• Effective communication with customers to analyze
the requirement.
• Collaborate with customers to identify their pain
points.
• Clearly define the scope of the solution
• Select the appropriate solution within the customer's
financial plan.
• Guide and co-ordinate internal stakeholders for the
proper survey report
• Prepare technical specifications and BOQ as per
requirement.
• Prepare technical proposal based on the requirement.
• Tender/RFQ/RFI document review and analysis
• Prepare tender technical documentation and be
involved in financial gap analysis.
• Frequent customer visits and identified preferred
OEM.
• OEM selection based on customer requirements and
initiate POC if required.
• Identify the Competitor's strategy and analyze our
gap.
• Set probable project closure date to get the best price
from OEM.
• Take necessary steps to lock the deal with OEM.
