∎ Skills Required: Management, Market Research, Marketing, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Export/ Import through L/C, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop operations strategy in order to meet strategic goals.
∎ Meet budgets for the Import Operations & Sales team.
∎ Maintain & improve Gross Profit (GP) margin according to Business Unit strategic objectives.
∎ Management of the Imports team in line with the organizational strategy.
∎ Active budget planning and steering of budget achievement.
∎ Management of variable cost factor pertaining to branch operations and to maintain the cost at minimum level and within budget to ensure branch efficiency.
∎ Initiate and steer the development of measures in order to: Develop the import business and trade lane development (GP, GP margin, EBT).
∎ Maintain and improve operational process efficiency & quality.
∎ Ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and standards (e.g. Branch Management, Customs, Dangerous goods, Code of Conduct, Import rules etc.) within the function.
∎ Develop strategies and maintain effective customer services programs and achieve all customer expectation.
∎ Monitoring the sales performance of the Import Sales team.
∎ Perform yield management.
∎ Ensuring smooth collection of Revenue within the time frame.
∎ Maintaining a high level of work dynamics/ management through coordination with the concerned department/ unit of the organization.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
