We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for our Tableware division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets in a competitive consumer goods market.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to drive performance

  • Expand distribution channels and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts

  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

  • Ensure effective sales forecasting, reporting, and inventory coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
