𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our company while also supporting basic HR functions. This role requires strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to manage both front-desk operations and administrative HR tasks efficiently.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Maintain front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment

  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordination

  • Support recruitment processes (CV sorting, interview scheduling, candidate communication)

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation

  • Coordinate onboarding formalities for new employees

  • Maintain attendance records and assist with basic HR reporting

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required
