We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our company while also supporting basic HR functions. This role requires strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to manage both front-desk operations and administrative HR tasks efficiently.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
Manage meeting room bookings and coordination
Support recruitment processes (CV sorting, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate onboarding formalities for new employees
Maintain attendance records and assist with basic HR reporting
Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required
