Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager / Manager for the Maintenance department in the Knit Composite Factory.
∎ Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
∎ Manage, monitor, follow up, and operate maintenance of all utility applications, including HVAC ETP, WTP, boilers, generators, and compressors.
∎ Develop and implement plans to reduce energy consumption and promote energy savings.
∎ Initiatives throughout operations.
∎ Look for opportunities to increase efficiency.
∎ Oversee environmental, health, and safety for all engineering works.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations and standards.
∎ Administer fuel management for the entire plant. Optimize fuel usage and storage.
∎ Supervise plant floor safety, health, and environmental compliance.
∎ Comply with all procedures and standards of operation and maintenance.
∎ Monitor and record process parameters and take proactive maintenance plans accordingly.
∎ Identifying areas for improvement and assigning team members to take care of issues.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
