• Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications for countries like Canada, USA, Australia, UK, European countries with all Schengen country, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia and others as per client preference.

• Manage & convinced clients, oversee the visa application process for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements.

• Stay updated on visa regulations, documentation, and processing times for various countries.

• Guide clients through the visa application process, including form filling, document preparation, and appointment scheduling.

• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite applications.

• Provide clients with up-to-date information on visa fees, processing times, and any changes in regulations.

• Assist with other administrative task needed for office administration & train and supervise junior staff in visa processing procedures.
  
  Applicant must have 8-10 years’ experience in visa processing, Tour & travels and overseas company.
