∎ The applicants should have experience in Export and credit control as recovery head with any Garments Accessories sector.
∎ Good achiever as Credit ControllerAge 32 to 50 yearsFluent in English is must.
∎ Good understanding capacity, honest, hard worker, and intelligent.
∎ Have experience in overseeing and managing all aspects of the export process, including direct and deemed export.
∎ Coordinate with customers to ensure timely collection process.
∎ Have experience in cost management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of commercial and credit control.
∎ Co-ordinate with all section of commercial department (Export, Import, Custom, Bank, Audit).
∎ Must need knowledge about ERP software system run, such as Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Export LC, Documentation Prepare and Reporting.
∎ Must have computer literacy such MS Excel with good communication skill.
∎ Aggressive personalities for Commercial & Credit Recovery.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintained and ensure company credit policy.
∎ Customers dues follow up regularly and arrange the collection process.
∎ If needed visit clientsCoordinate with CS, Accounts & others Team to solve early any difficulties for any customers.
∎ To Ensure Bank LC/TT/ RTGS related activities by preparing proper documents.
∎ Export LC, documentation, UD collection up process for Bond.
∎ Follow up the customers is needed to open BTB/direct LC as well as cooperate on this issue.
∎ Receiving the products, storing and monitoring as well as delivery the products to the customers as well as update the status.
∎ Performing Export-related general correspondence with Factory Concerns, Freight Forwarders, C&F agents and Bank Officers.
∎ Monitoring and lead the whole activities of on time recovery and need to take initiative for cost minimization in all cases.
∎ Need to involve on Tax & VAT related activities, preserve the related documents and submit to concern regulatory department as per requirement.
∎ Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading & other export related docs, Handle Shipping line and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and implementation of all commercial strategies, independently prepare all export documents as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Generate regular reports on collection performance, customer’s performance, to management.
∎ Bank formalities– UD/UP confirmation, amendment and all Documents process for bank acceptance.
∎ Any other related task as per management decision.
