∎ Candidates who have no working experience with poly factories are highly discouraged from applying.
∎ 10+ years of relevant experience in the commercial department in the plastic industry (poly bag).
∎ Have vast knowledge & experience in Documentation, Banking, Bond, Customs, VAT & Tax, Raw Material Export & Import.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the areas of Import, Export, utilization, Bond, and customs.
∎ All types of commercial expertise specialized in the Plastic Sector (Poly Bag).
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork is essential.
∎ Energetic, confident, and proactive.
∎ Positive work ethics and a focus on results are required for assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals for business growth and profitability.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure satisfaction.
∎ Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
∎ Manage contract negotiations and agreements with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
∎ Analyze financial data to assess profitability and monitor expenses.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team, setting performance targets and fostering teamwork.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and synergy across all functions.
∎ Promote ethical business practices and transparency in all dealings.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and achieve operational excellence.
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, analyzing data and providing recommendations.
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, supervise, appraise, & train subordinates.
