∎ Minimum Education Qualification required: Recognized Degree in Engineering, Accounting or Finance or Business discipline, or relevant professional qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Development:
∎ Support Senior Management / Business Development to develop projects while expanding in Bangladesh.
∎ Anticipate, understands and resolve issues to ensure projects in Bangladesh are implemented in timely manner.
∎ Project Implementation:
∎ To lead and/or facilitate the pre-development, implementation and completion of business development responsibilities in Bangladesh.
∎ Prepare update to management and other approval papers.
∎ Networking: Consolidate and expand the network with business associates (including equity partner, contractor, supplier, service provider, government agency, financier).
∎ Knowledge Management: Ensure timely update of market and industry information, and provide ad-hoc analysis reporting in support of various management initiatives in Bangladesh.
∎ Staff Development: To identify suitable candidate at appropriate time, with the aim to build up a capable local BD team in Bangladesh.
∎ To perform any assignments as and when required by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skill Requirements:
∎ Well versed in Microsoft Office applications especially financial modelling, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Good analytical skills and is able to present financial / commercial analysis in a rationale and well-thought through manner.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
∎ Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Good verbal and written English.

∎ Optional requirement or added advantage:
∎ Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
∎ Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum years of working experience related to the work scope:
∎ At least 5 years' relevant experience.
∎ Work experiences required:
∎ Prior experience in corporate strategy formulation, SWOT analysis and market research;
∎ Prior experience in project management and/or business development.
∎ Prior experience in power industry will be an added advantage.
