Job Context:
∎ Responsible for supporting the business rollout across the regions, by managing both the commercial go to market planning and campaign execution including tactical and strategic campaigns
∎ Leveraging BTL channels to drive market penetration within new areas, by delivering demand & sales targets
∎ Analyze consumer insights and plan accordingly to reach customer with aligned messaging
∎ Create event, activation plans with detailed timeline that guide the entire marketing team through the complete process of executing of specific campaigns
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive awareness and engagement through BTL marketing activation across the country
∎ Keep the message consistency across all channels of BTL marketing
∎ Maximize conversion ratio as industry standard in close collaboration with Sales & Distribution team
∎ Ensure both direct and indirect contact of the customers in all BTL execution
∎ Work to engage people with relevant sponsorship events with maximum footfall count and conversion
∎ Efficiency through activation with CPC as per industry standard
∎ Manage all stakeholders event, especially employee event and engagement programs, coordination of all marketing activities including gift and budget management
∎ Analyze performance success of ongoing campaigns
∎ Manage all external agencies to bring result in executions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good analytical and entertaining skills
∎ Good knowledge of IT, MS Office Suite
∎ Leadership, people and stakeholder management skills
∎ Cultivates relationships and Networks
∎ Good communication, verbal & written in English and Bangla
∎ Willingness to manage big teams, agencies and vendors
∎ Strategy development and analytical skills and excellent presentation skills
∎ Must be confident enough to represent the company in front of large audience or in media
∎ Ability to work in a team and cross functionally, and to work under pressure
